Proposals must be received electronically in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System no later than 4/5/2022 prior to 2:00 PM MDT. Proposals will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt.

The City will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will not accept hardcopy proposals, or proposals submitted by any other means.
