RFQ-DW-1923 - Longmont Recreation Center Arcade Games

Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking an arcade vending service to provide and maintain the arcade games in the public area of the Recreation Center. The Recreation Center wishes to replace and update the current rented equipment and rotate new and energetic games on a consistent basis. It is the City’s goal to provide the public with games that provide interactive and up-to-date technology, ideally some type of Dance Dance Revolution, Wii, or the like. Active participation games vs. passive games would be a plus. 



The Recreation Center averages over 400,000 visitors a year. Many people visit the Recreation Center just to use the Air Hockey and Pool tables. The arcade games are located in the public area of the front lobby where no entry fee is required. This makes it a prime venue for arcade services. The current area for passive games is approximately 200 sq. ft. and the area for the table games is 900 sq. ft.
