Description

The City of Longmont solicits proposals for the purpose of contracting with one or more companies to provide various medical and wellness evaluation services. The scope of services for this RFP is split into five parts, and offerors may respond to any or all of the parts which include:

Part 1: Medical evaluations and vaccinations
Part 2: Public Safety wellness evaluations
Part 3: Drug and alcohol testing
Part 4: Commercial Driver’s License holder physicals
Part 5: Physical ability/range of motion evaluations

The City will evaluate each section independently and reserves the right to award what it deems to be
the most qualified offeror for each section.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). The City will not accept late proposals for any reason, including force majeure events and technical difficulties. It is the offeror’s responsibility to submit the proposal in RMEPS prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time. Offerors who do not successfully submit a proposal by the Proposal Due Date and Time will not be eligible for evaluation.
