Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of three missing trail segments within the City: The Hildebrandt Trail, a crusher fines trail between S Sunset St and 1st Ave; the Rough & Ready Connector Trail, a concrete trail between the Rough & Ready greenway and Independence Dr; and the Northridge Elementary Trails, a series of concrete trails east of Northridge Elementary School. Additional work consists of grading, finish grading, erosion control, fencing, asphalt removal and patching, weed management, tree pruning and removal, seeding and maintenance.
