RFP-424002 - On-Call Land Agent Services

Scope: The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more consultants to work on an on-call, as needed basis with appraisers and title companies in coordination necessary research, documentation, etc. for land acquisition as assigned be the City. Occasionally the City has projects that include federal funds which require land acquisition in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1097m as amended (42 USC 4601 et seq.), also known as the Uniform Act.

Minimum Qualifications: Consultants must have a minimum of five years of previous experience with proven ability to provide services as required by this RFP. Each individual land agent assigned to City projects must have a minimum of three years previous experience with proven ability to provide services as required by this RFP.
