When viewing this notice online, click on the link to the specification documents to see all attachments for this RFQ. The City of Longmont administers the Boulder County Down-Payment Assistance Program, which is for first-time homebuyers purchasing in Boulder County, outside Boulder City limits. The Program must ensure that properties do not have any major health or safety concerns or major code violations prior to the homebuyer purchasing the home with assistance from the Program. The City is seeking a Residential Inspector(s) or Residential Inspection Firm(s) (Contractor) to handle building inspections on an on-call, as-needed basis. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for the professional quality and technical accuracy. Some services may be performed outside City limits and occasional, unanticipated requests might also need immediate attention.
