Longmont Power & Communications (LPC) is a department of the City of Longmont, which is a community owned, public utility providing electric and broadband services. LPC has elected to subcontract the excavation and installation of certain electric and broadband facilities in cases where its own crews are not readily available and need supplemental support. LPC is interested in contracting with one or more experienced Contractors to provide underground utility construction that will aid in meeting development expectations and schedules.

Responses must be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The City will not accept hardcopy proposals or proposals submitted by any other means.

Offerors that do not successfully upload and submit all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. Proposal submissions will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt. The City is not obligated to accept proposals from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents on time for any reason.

Note that your proposal must be successfully submitted and not just uploaded. You will receive a “Bid Submission Confirmation” pop-up window prior to final submission.
