Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont is seeking an Owner’s Agent (OA) to provide assistance and support to City Staff for the Design-Build Services Wastewater Treatment Plant Ammonia Treatment and Biosolids Dewatering Improvements Project. Services may include design development participation, design review, submittal review and support, construction observation support and performance testing support. The design-build team of Carollo Engineers, Inc. and PCL Construction was selected to provide the design-build services for this project.
