Description

The City of Longmont Planning and Development Services Department is seeking proposals for planning and development review services. The City of Longmont is seeking to contract with a company that can provide planning and development review services on an as-needed basis. The City will select a firm that has experience working in Colorado and that can provide multiple planners with a breadth of knowledge that would be equivalent to a Planning Technician, Associate Planner, Planner, Senior Planner or Principal Planner with the City of Longmont.

The City anticipates needing approximately 160 to 800 hours of contracted services. However, there is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours of services to be requested under this RFP as needs may fluctuate.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). The City will not accept late proposals for any reason, including force majeure events and technical difficulties. It is the proposer’s responsibility to submit the proposal in RMEPS prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time. Proposers who do not successfully submit a proposal by the Proposal Due Date and Time will not be eligible for evaluation.
