The City of Longmont (City) is soliciting statements of qualifications from general contractors to provide construction services for the emergency potable water interconnections.

The objective of this SOQ process is to identify prequalified general contractors with the experience, resources and ability to complete the projects in an acceptable and satisfactory manner. The City will only allow general contractors qualified through this SOQ process to bid the emergency potable water interconnections projects.

All contractors deemed prequalified as a result of this SOQ will be considered prequalified for the City’s construction services for the emergency potable water interconnections projects through December 31, 2020.
