RFQ-MD-16013 - Railroad Grade Crossing Quiet Zone Study Update

Summary of Specifications:
This project is to update and revise the City of Longmont’s Railroad Grade Crossing Study update, which was completed in 2010. In addition to updating the information contained in the 2010 report, this study will include the five additional crossings that are included in the RTD FASTRACKS Final Environmental Evaluation report (2010). 

Goals in the update are to identify any changes that have been made to the crossings since the 2010 report was completed and update the cost estimated with current construction costs. The update will need to include phasing recommendations for Longmont to implement Quiet Zones and provide estimates of the number of households impacted by each phase or grouping of crossings.
