Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall perform rehabilitation work on a private residence. Pricing shall include all parts, materials, equipment, forms, services, disposal fees, fuel surcharges, mileage, labor, utilities, royalties, tools, and any other fees or charges necessary for all of the scheduled service as detailed in the scope of services. The scope of this project will include repairing items damaged by the 2013 flood; bringing the home into compliance with local codes, Housing Quality Standards (HQS) guidelines; meeting energy efficiency requirements; as well as other work as needed, both interior and exterior, to mitigate against future floods. Work to be performed includes (but may not be limited to) windows, landscape work, crawl space work, painting, insulation, radon mitigation, minor drywall, and other components. A detailed list of work to be performed for this project is included in the attached Bid Schedule. Work areas shall be left in broom clean condition after each workday. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED AS PER CITY CODE AND MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED INSTALLATIONS. ALL WORK MUST ALSO CONFORM TO CDBG-DR REHAB STANDARDS. Minimum Mandatory Qualifications must be met as detailed in the Special Conditions, letter A.
