Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this project will include bringing the home into compliance with local codes, Housing Quality Standards (HQS) guidelines; meeting energy efficiency requirements; as well as other work as needed, both interior and exterior. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, installation of new windows, painting, minor drywall, replacing flooring, and other components.
