Summary of Specifications:
The City of Longmont - Airport (LMO) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, or companies, to provide aircraft catering and a full time restaurant facility on the Airport.

The City seeks to contract with a qualified entity, which shares LMO’s long-term vision for the Airport, has good communication skills, offers significant catering and food service experience, and which can deliver first-class service to the general aviation community as well as in Longmont and the surrounding region. The selected entity can expect to negotiate with the City for a food operator lease for up to a 20 year term.
