IFB-TT-0033 - SH 287 (MAIN STREET) AND PIKE ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS

Summary of Specifications:
This is a local agency project with the Colorado Department of Transportation. This project includes a UDBE goal of 6%. Contractors are required to be on CDOT’s prequalified list. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of a dedicated right-turn lane and continuous accel./decel. lane (south of Pike Rd.) as well as excavation and regarding of embankment (with retaining walls) north of Pike Rd. and 8 foot wide sidewalk/bikepath. Major work items include: excavation; grading and subgrade preparation; concrete flatwork; sidewalk; pavement markings and miscellaneous traffic equipment upgrades.
