Summary of Specifications:
This project includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the roadway improvements to the Sleepy Lion Road as described in this IFB which includes; minor dress-up repair of washout areas on the existing Boulder County Hall Ranch Road, to allow for reasonable vehicular access to the City of Longmont’s Sleepy Lion Road.Repair of the existing Sleepy Lion Road on City of Longmont property, starting at the City Property line to a point approximately 1000 feet uphill of Button Rock Dam.Reconstruction of approximately 600 feet of the Sleepy Lion Road to the base of the Dam at Button Rock Dam.
