IFB-PJ-1033 - SOUTH SHERMAN STREET SIDEWALK

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction new sidewalk, curb and gutter on the east side of the street between Grand Avenue at the north to Kansas Avenue at the south. Other construction improvements include new storm sewer pipe, storm sewer inlet, asphalt paving, concrete paving, landscape restoration, signage and striping. Improvement plans display two phases of construction, Phase 1, corresponding to Bid Schedule A and Phase 2 corresponding to Bid Schedule B.
