IFB-PJ-0025 - ST. VRAIN GREENWAY, PHASE 9 AND 10

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of two trailheads, including a prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge and railings, custom restroom, and two prefabricated shelters with custom roofing. Additional work consists of grading, finish grading, concrete flatwork, and concrete curbs; boulder retaining walls, drainage, and slope reinforcement; electric, water, and sanitary utilities; drilled caissons, and cast-in-place abutments; site furnishings, fencing, and signage; irrigation system; weed management; and trees, shrubs, and native seeding. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications.
