Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the demolition of the existing bathhouse structure and the construction of the new Sunset Bathhouse. The new facility consists of a several small buildings and includes a vehicle drop off, landscaping, concrete paving, and site utilities. Asbestos has been tested for and found in the existing bathhouse. Some items will be abated immediately after the pool closes in September by an asbestos contractor. The asbestos found in the block sealant and in the caulking around doors and windows will be removed during demo of the building by the General Contractor. This project is to be completed by May 9, 2011.
