ISS-KS-16085 - Structural Investigation and Analysis of Post-Tensioned Podium Slab

The City of Longmont will require a structural assessment of the concrete PT podium slab to understand the current condition and determine what repairs and/or maintenance will be necessary to extend the life of the slab for existing use and possible expansion of the building. The scope of this Sole Source is comprised of the design of the repair, removal and design of the parapet wall on the post-tensioned slab, and monitoring.  The slab, beams, columns, and perimeter parapet wall must be included in the design. The firm will also be required to provide the selected contractor continual support and construction implementation oversight of the repairs throughout the project as well as monitoring of the work at regular intervals over the next 15 years.
