IFB-MD-13043 - The Inn Between Transitional Housing - 230 Coffman Rehab/Construct

Summary of Specifications:
There are 17 units located at 230 Coffman owned and operated by the Inn Between (Owner). The Rehab work will include the removal and replacement of the second floor walkways, decking , rebuild 4 sets of stairs, remove existing vinyl siding and replace with stucco, and remove and replace damaged sheetrock from walls and ceiling area in the carport. 

This project is funded with Federal HOME Investment dollars however, Davis Bacon Wage Rates DO NOT APPLY to this project. Contractor must assure that current tenants will not be displaced. Temporary access must be maintained to all units throughout the construction. Tenants can be displaced for no more than 8 hours per day. Section 3 regulations apply to this project.
