Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Longmont Treatment Operations is seeking to enter into a contract for City Logo shirts as needed.
The department utilizes four styles, Embroidered Denim (long and short sleeve, and screened T-shirts (long and short sleeve), in both men's and women's sizes.
All brands are acceptable, however samples shall be required prior to award of this contract. Samples will be requested at the discretion of City staff, and should not be submitted with your quote.
The initial order shall be approximately 170 pieces and re-orders will be placed as needed for new employees and to replace worn garments.
Specify any price break for quantity.
Specify extra cost per piece for 2XL, 3XL and tall sizes.
The line items below require a maximum of four (4) week turn around from date order is placed to delivery. Delivery shall be included in price.
Selected vendor shall accept a Procurement Card (Master Card) for payment of invoices.
Orders will include required style #, sizes, and quantities.
Prices shall be firm for the first year of the contract. Any increase in subsequent years shall be approved by the City in advance of orders.
Quoted prices shall be extended to other City of Longmont departments or other public agencies who may wish to utilize this award.
