IFB-MD-14018-F - Twin Peaks Golf Course Sod Repair

Summary of Specifications:
Work consists of removing and disposing of sod containing silt, sand and gravel and replacing with a suitable bluegrass blend sod at the proper height of cut. Work is predominately on Holes, 3, 4 and 13 at Twin Peaks Golf Course. Areas on other holes may be included. City staff shall designate areas to be re-sodded and determine sequence of work. Contractor shall coordinate work with City staff to allow play to continue around work in progress. Contractor shall be responsible for repairing damage to golf course turf, irrigation pipe, sprinkler heads or other structures caused by the work and caused from access to the work sites. City will be responsible for maintaining sod after installed and accepted.
