RFP-PJ-12042 - UNION RESERVOIR INTERIM TRAIL & PHASE 1 MASTER PLAN DESIGN

Summary of Specifications:
Phase 1 of the design and implementation effort is intended to identify opportunities for an interim trail as well as any master planned improvements that have the potential of implementation prior to expansion of the reservoir. Identification of potential master planned improvements shall be developed at a conceptual level as part of this scope of work. If approved to move forward, pricing will be obtained separately for the improvements to be designed to 50% DD. The interim trail, and associated amenities, will be developed to construction level bid documents if approved by City Council.
