Summary of Specifications:
Scope of Work: The City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 501 East First Avenue, Longmont, Colorado 80501, requests quotations for the following work: 1. Install approximately 730 lineal feet of hot-dip galvanized chain link fence including two (2) man gates and one (1) 12 foot gate per attached site layout drawing (Attachment A), details (Attachment B), specifications (Attachment C) and pictures (Attachment D). 2. Repair existing fencing in Locations A and B shown in pictures in Attachment D. 3. Regrade approximately 1,000 square foot area for proper fence installation. See Attachment D, Location C. 4. Remove bushes for proper fence installation. See Attachment D, Location D. 5. Final security fence routing to be determined in the field. 6. Contractor shall leave existing temporary security fencing in place or relocate it to ensure proper security is maintained for the plant during construction of the new fence. 7. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. 8. Contractor shall supply portable sanitary facilities for their use during the project. 9. Install all products in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. 10. Final cleanup of area.
