IFB-MD-18020 - Wastewater Equalization (EQ) Basin Rehabilitation Project

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance by prospective bidders is required at the mandatory pre-bid conference and the mandatory job walk. Bidders must sign in at both locations using the company name that will be used on the bid form when submitting their bid. This will be the only time the City will conduct a showing of the project site.

Bidders must be on time to the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders will not be allowed to sign in to the meeting once we start discussing the scope of work.

SCOPE: Work for this contract consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, and testing the rehabilitation of the City’s Wastewater Equalization (EQ) Basin located at the City of Longmont Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work on EQ Basin must be completed within a two (2) week timeframe.

BID CONDITIONS: The Contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing work similar to that detailed in the drawings and specifications. The Contractor must submit evidence that they meet these requirements in their bid submittal. Any Bidder that fails to comply with this requirement could be considered nonresponsive.
