Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: Repair three personnel buildings at the Wastewater Treatment Plant that were damaged by flood waters. Remediation work (drywall cuts, furniture removal, paper file restoration, etc.) has already been completed. The repair work will include new flooring, drywall, tile, HVAC, painting, etc. See Attachment A for more detailed scope of work information and Attachment B for Special Conditions.
MINIMUM MANDATORY EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: The City of Longmont is seeking qualified Contractors with applicable experience comparable to this project. The Contractor’s representative who is directly responsible for managing the project and the Contractor’s on-site representative who has immediate charge on a daily basis shall each have satisfactorily completed the same responsibilities on at least three building remodel/rehabilitation projects with similar scope within the last 3 years. The Contractor must have 3 years of experience working with a government entity. It is mandatory that the Contractor fully completes the Bid Submittal Documents and provide all materials requested herein. The Contractor shall fully complete a separate copy of “Bidder’s Qualification Data” for each project submitted to meet the qualifications in this paragraph. Contractors that fail to comply with this requirement may be considered non-responsive.
