The Operations Division is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the disposal of its spoils at a landfill for the 2021 calendar year. Spoils disposed of will include water break spoils, sweeper materials, and storm water debris. The removal, transport and disposal of spoils will be from the City Service Facility and will be delivered to landfill by city staff using city owned dump trucks.

Quotes should be prepared and submitted via email. Quotes will be accepted until 1:00 PM Mountain Time on February 16, 2020. Late quotes will not be accepted. No quotes may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the quote deadline. Quotes that are submitted should be referenced “Request for Disposal of Spoils Quotes” in the subject line of the email and be emailed to: michaelc@louisvilleco.gov.
