Pricing must be submitted on the forms provided (exhibit E). All items shall be properly filled out. Numerals, printing, and signatures shall be written in ink. Signatures shall be in longhand. Alternative proposals will not be considered.
Prior to submitting a proposals, proposers must satisfy themselves by personal examination of "all" areas listed on the bid proposal and by examination of the specifications and requirements of the work and quantities of work to be done, and shall not at any time, after submission of a proposal, dispute or complain nor assert that there were any misunderstandings in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done. Proposers also shall carefully examine the form and time of the Contract, existing conditions, and limitations, and shall include in the proposal, monies to cover the cost of all services included in the agreement and all insurance and administration costs.
