The City of Louisville (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultants (“Respondents”) to assist City staff to prepare a detailed Subdivision Plat, Planned Unit Development (PUD) process and design of a cold storage building (metal building).
The engineering and design services requested herein are to produce a range of conceptual options with cost analysis for each and final designs with construction level drawings and specifications.
