The City of Louisville (City) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for water treatment process chemicals for the 2021 calendar year. Bids must include all charges for at-risk insurance, tolls, wharfage, demurrage, and warehousing. All barrel and bulk containers must be returnable to the vendor; any charges for these services must be defined in the bid proposals. Chemical supply services and deliveries shall begin January 1, 2021.
