The City of Louisville is soliciting proposals for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Solids Handling Improvement Project for selection of a CMAR firm. The City intends to contract with the selected CMAR firm to assist the City and JVA, Inc. (Engineer) in finalizing the design, and developing the final construction documents and final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). It is the intent of the City to award a pre-construction design phase service contract to the selected CMAR firm and a separate construction phase contract after agreement on the final GMP.
