Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland, Colorado will receive sealed bids at the office of the City Clerk in the Loveland Civic Center, 500 E. 3rd Street, Loveland, Colorado until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 9th, 2006 for the 2006 Street Resurfacing Program, Cul-de-sac Paving, Blanket Asphalt Materials Project No. ENSR06-CDS. The Cul-de-sac Paving Project generally consists of construction related to the application of hot-mix asphalt overlays to specific cul-de-sacs within the City of Loveland. The construction may include reconstruction of problem subgrades and shoulders, manhole and water valve adjustments and modifications, asphalt patching, crack sealing, slurry sealing parking lots, parking lot striping, and traffic control to support the paving/street improvement operations. The City of Loveland reserves the option of extending the 2006 Street Resurfacing Program, Cul-de-sac Paving, Blanket Asphalt Project No. ENSR06-CDS contract for an additional three years in one-year periods.
