Summary of Specifications:
The Asphalt Paving Project generally consists of construction related to the application of hot-mix asphalt overlays to specified streets within the City of Loveland. The construction may include reconstruction of problem subgrades and shoulders, storm sewer modifications, curb, gutter and sidewalk construction, asphalt patching, adjusting water valve risers and manhole lids to grade, cul-de-sac paving and traffic control to support the paving operations.
