Summary of Specifications:
This is for the replacement of existing waterlines in six separate locations around Loveland. The work includes temporary water service, pipe installation, asphalt patching and other restoration. The Contractor shall complete at least three of the six areas identified on the plans by October 31, 2014, including paving with hot mix asphalt, seeding, and clean up. The remaining three areas shall be completed by July 1, 2015. Work will be suspended during the winter and may proceed when weather allows.
