1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Pedestrian sidewalk improvements in various locations throughout the City of Loveland.

The time of completion for this Project is thirty five (35) calendar days from the date referenced in the
Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Substantial Completion is defined as follows: The Work is
sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents and in the sole opinion of the Owner, so that the Owner may benefit and use the Work as intended and originally designed. The completed Work has no known defects that affect its intended use. The value of the completed work is at least 97% of the current contract value. Any remaining work is limited to clean-up, repairs, corrections, and minor restoration. The Contractor shall notify the Project Manager when they consider the Work to be
substantially complete.
