2024-096 - 2024 UV-CIPP Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Services RFP, Bid 2024-096

The City of Loveland, Colorado (“City”) will receive proposals to provide sanitary sewer rehabilitation using Ultraviolet (UV) Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). One contractor will be selected.

The purpose of this RFP is to receive and evaluate proposals from Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) qualified contractors for 2024 rehabilitation of City identified wastewater conveyance pipeline locations. The City’s desired curing method for the CIPP process is ultraviolet (UV) light. The City desires to select one contractor for this work. The contract will be for a one-year term that is eligible for four (4) one (1) year renewals for up to a total of five (5) years if agreed to by both parties. Annual CIPP rehabilitation of existing wastewater pipelines are estimated to be between 3,000 to
5,000 linear feet (lf). 

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m.Mountain Time (“MT”) Thursday, October 31, 2024, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.

Submitted emails must have the name of the project in the subject line of the email. Please list the company’s name in the body of the email. Attached documents should have the bid number and company name in the name of the document.

No proposals will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the city email server. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The city email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to four (4) minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.
