RFP-2014-74 - Architectural Services / COL Maintenance Operations Center Remodel

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) is located at 105 West 5th Street with the Public Works Department operating from this facility. The MOC consists of three facilities totaling approximately 28,000 SF. The center is currently occupied by the Streets, Solid Waste, Storm Water, Traffic and Facilities Management Divisions of the Public Works Department. With the completed Service Center Expansion in 2014, the Streets, Solid Waste, and Storm Water Divisions will move to the new facility. This will allow for the opportunity at the MOC for a remodel to improve the building, and better meet the needs of the long-term occupants there. Plans are to realign the Traffic and Facilities Management teams that remain at the MOC and move the COLT Division from the Fire & Administration Building to the MOC.
