Description

The City is a home rule municipality in Northern Colorado. The 2020 Census recorded a population of 78,838 residents. The City’s 2022 budget totaled $388,393,692 and $448,707,248, when including other entities external to the City (Airport, Fire, Downtown Development Authority, etc.)
The Budget Office Team (Finance) is not currently utilizing any specialized software system to build or compile the City budget. All information gathering and forecast production is currently done through specialized spreadsheets and manual processes. Finance has identified the use of specialized software as an area which could see large time savings and reduce the possibility for errors.
The goal is to implement this solution the last quarter of 2022 to use for the 2024 budgeting cycle. This cycle is expected to begin in December of 2022

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.
Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted electronically to bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time (MT) on the date noted above. Proposals received later than the referenced time, as noted by the City’s internal server clock, will not be accepted for review or consideration. Proposals delivered to any other person or email address other than bids@cityofloveland.org will not be accepted for review or consideration.
