RFP-2016-01 - Courier Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking a single-vendor for Courier Services for scheduled pickup and deliveries at twenty-two locations (see Exhibit A). The services will include: 1) picking up funds from various locations in the City of Loveland and delivering them to the City’s Utility Billing office per exhibit A, 2) daily pickup of sales tax and utility payments from two of the City’s P.O. Boxes and delivering them to the City’s financial institution’s lockbox processing facility, 3)daily pickup of fee payments from three of the City’s P.O. Boxes and delivering them to the City’s Utility Billing office, 4) daily pickup of completed deposits from the City’s Utility Billing Office and delivering them to the City’s financial institution vault facility, 5)daily pickup of processed paperwork from the City’s financial institution vault facility and delivering it to the City’s Utility Billing office, 6) daily pickup of City’s outgoing utility bills at the City’s mailroom and delivering them to the Post Office.
