Work of this Agreement comprises the construction of a screen wall, gates, and fencing around the existing Crossroads Substation located at 5300 N. Boyd Lake Ave. (County Road 9), Loveland, Colorado for Loveland Water and Power (City), including:
1. Procurement and installation of a decorative screen wall.
2. Procurement and installation of gates and fencing.
3. Design and installation of foundations.
4. Removal of the existing substation chain link fencing.
5. Modifications to the existing ground grid and surface rock.
6. Connections from the required fencing/gates to the ground grid.
7. Installation of the gate motor operator, including conduits and cables.
8. Installation of the keypad, including conduit, and cables.
9. Modifications to surfacing inside the screen wall and along access drives.
