The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for an independent Contractor for Financial Advisory Services to serve on an as-needed basis. The City is considering the use of this Consultant to assist City staff with Financial Advisory tasks regarding the planning, coordination, and review/development of short and long-range financial planning models and base data utilized to determine results. The on-call Consultant is intended to provide professional staffing resources related to new development in the City. On-call Financial Advisory Services.
Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org or on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.
No bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.
