This project request is for substation construction services for the new 115kV Foothills Substation
at 2621 Rio Blanco Avenue in Loveland, CO. This substation will contain equipment owned by
the City as well as Platte River Power Authority (PRPA). PRPA owns all of the 115kV equipment
and will have its own substation construction service contractor on site. Close coordination
between the City selected contractor and the PRPA contractor will be necessary to successfully
complete this project.
