I. Introduction
The City is soliciting SOQ’s from general contractors for pre-qualification to participate in bids for various Wastewater Lift Station rehabilitations and new construction projects, Bid No. 2021-27.
The City will only allow contractors pre-qualified through this RFQ process to bid or submit on Construction Manager at Risk delivery for future capital improvement projects related to wastewater lift stations for a period not to exceed five years.
II. Purpose
The purpose of this (RFQ) is to receive and evaluate SOQ’s from general contractors to complete various capital improvement construction projects related to Wastewater Lift Stations. The City currently has four known and budgeted lift station rehabilitation projects due to be rehabilitated in 2021-2022 with an additional new greenfield lift station tentatively planned for 2022 depending upon development progress.

(SOQ) must be received electronically on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021. SOQ is to be submitted electronically to Bids@cityofloveland.org . The subject line of the email must contain the project name. The body of the email must contain the contractor name and contact person.
No SOQ’s will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by any means of delivery employed by the submitter.
