Summary of Specifications:
The City is soliciting proposals from Contractors for services associated with land application of liquid treated sludge (biosolids) generated by the City’s wastewater treatment plant. The services include loading, hauling, and disposal of liquid biosolids and keeping records and reports as required by state and federal regulations. The City shall choose a Contractor based on an evaluation of proposals as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected Contractor shall have the opportunity to enter into a one (1) year contract with the City, renewable for up to four (4) additional consecutive one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of the parties.
