Currently, shelter is provided by the City at 137 S. Lincoln in Loveland, both inside the building and in four humanitarian tents on the property. At some point, overnight security will be moved to 300 S. Railroad Avenue where persons experiencing homelessness (PEH) will utilize up to 15 humanitarian tents. Day services will remain at 137 S. Lincoln as well as overflow overnight shelter. The selected provider must have the resources necessary to meet the needs at both locations.
