Summary of Specifications:
CDOT Project ES4 M830-047 (17323) City of Loveland Project STIM03 This Project is an American Recovery Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Project. Therefore the successful Contractor for this project will be required to comply with all regulations associated with the ARRA Program. In addition this project contains a 10-percent goal for Underutilized DBE (UDBE) and an On the Job Training (OJT) requirement. The work for this project involves the removal and installation of concrete medians in Wilson Avenue between 8th and 18th Streets. The asphalt adjacent to the medians will need to be sawcut and removed to facilitate a redesigned median. The new median will be a vertical concrete curb with a concrete median cover, along with an asphalt pavement patch back. The work will also include the installation of median sign material and the associated traffic control for all the work listed.
