City of Loveland (City) is soliciting bids for an Intelligent Transit System for its transit operations in Loveland, CO (COLT). The desired outcome of the project is a connected system that unites on-board equipment via a Vehicle Logic Unit (VLU) with web-based software that powers administrative controls, and public-facing traveler information systems. Said system will help COLT realize substantial improvements to its operational strategies, data collection, reporting capabilities and enhance communications between our agency and the riders and community we serve.

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org prior to 2:00 p.m. ] (Mountain Time) on December 13, 2018, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.
No proposals will be considered that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City's Purchasing Division. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by internal email delivery system, allow time for the system to scan the attachments. Be aware that there is a time delay for emails to be scanned of up to 10 minutes from the time you send until the time it is actually received and available to City staff.
