2022-03 - Loveland Water Treatment Plant Control Room Modifications

The Project consists of an interior demolition and remodel of the existing Control Building and adjoining/abandoned process building within the Administration Building complex at the Loveland Water Treatment Plant located at 3152 N. Co Rd 29 in Loveland, CO.
The Work consists of the following:
• Demolition of the existing office space, control room, restrooms, break room, and mechanical room as well as those abandoned rooms of the adjoining process building. • Asbestos and Lead Paint abatement • Interior improvements include new office space extending into the adjoining building, which will include new offices, control room, restrooms, conference/break room, storage and mechanical rooms, and a large second floor meeting room. • Exterior improvements to the building include, but not limited to, a new entry stair, canopy at the main entrance, new windows, new exterior wall framing and siding over the existing exterior wall, and roof replacements for both buildings
