Description

The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Municipal Advisory Services. The City uses an Independent Municipal Advisor to consult with City staff regarding the structuring and issuance of all bond financings and major lease transactions. In addition, the Municipal Advisor employed by the City will be expected to offer analysis, advice, and recommendations with respect to:

- Debt Management Services
- Debt Issuance Services
- General Financial Advisory Services
- Onsite Consultation and Assistance
- Attendance at City Council Meetings
- Special Requests

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time “MT”) on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.
The City’s email system will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals. Proposals that are not received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City’s internal email system will not be considered.
